  • While we aim to maintain stock of most goods, some products are made to order, if you order any 3arm, Kolver, Ober or Tranmax/ Du-Pas items, we will contact you to inform you of the expected lead-time.

    All products are shipped via Fedex Next Day delivery. Our standard delivery fee applies to all non-Highland and Island postcodes. If you’re purchasing for delivery in one of these postcodes, please contact our Sales team who will assist you further.

  • We must be notified within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return a product, this should be returned unopened and in a resaleable condition.

    Any product that has been made to order will not accepted back unless the product is faulty, in which case we will attempt a repair before offering a refund.
