While we aim to maintain stock of most goods, some products are made to order, if you order any 3arm, Kolver, Ober or Tranmax/ Du-Pas items, we will contact you to inform you of the expected lead-time.
All products are shipped via Fedex Next Day delivery. Our standard delivery fee applies to all non-Highland and Island postcodes. If you’re purchasing for delivery in one of these postcodes, please contact our Sales team who will assist you further.
If a product is needed urgently, we offer premium carriage options. Please contact our Sales team to discuss your requirements.

We must be notified within 14 days of delivery if you wish to return a product, this should be returned unopened and in a resaleable condition.
Any product that has been made to order will not accepted back unless the product is faulty, in which case we will attempt a repair before offering a refund.
